Often, when prospective tenants view your online listing they still desire to see your home in person. Sea To It can be your onsite agent for showings.

Sea To It can provide keys and retrieve keys from your tenants.
 
Meet and Greet and Home Inspection Between Rentals
Sea To It will personally meet your tenants at your property at check-in, showing them around your house, answering questions about the area, and letting them know that we will be there to answer any questions or solve any problems that arise. This personal touch will increase the likelihood for repeat renters. After your tenants leave we will inspect your property for damage and report back to you.  Should any damage occur, we can prepare a repair estimate you can use for security deposit hold back.
 
Responding to Tenant Questions and Resolving Tenant Problems
Sea To It is available 24/7 to respond to tenant questions and problems. We have the capability to perform routine repairs.  For the specialized repairs like HVAC failures, appliance failures, or major plumbing problems we rely on our affiliated list of trusted outside contractors.
 
Replenishment of Supplies
Between rentals Sea To It can replenish supplies such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and toilet paper. You choose what you want replenished and we will take care of it.
 
Subscription Routine Repairs
Routine repairs are repairs that can typically be done by a homeowner or general handyman. With a subscription service Sea To It will take care of routine repairs between your tenant rentals or during their stay. The only additional charge will be for any material required. Examples include: fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, replacing light bulbs, fixing non-working electrical outlets and switches, and screen repairs.
