Pete Tufano is the owner of Sea To IT Property Management. As an owner of vacation rental property at the Jersey Shore since 1984 he has experienced and overcome all of the problems that come with shore property ownership.  As an engineer with a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering he has a thirst for understanding how things work. As a result he has built an impressive set of skills for repairing electrical, plumbing, computer, and carpentry problems. He has built an impressive list of shore contractors who are reliable, honest, and fair to tackle the tough problems.

He understands what it is like to be a vacation property owner and as well as a vacation property renter. As an owner you want your property being managed by competent hands who you trust to do things right and not take advantage of you. As a renter you want a clean well maintained home and fast responses to correct any problems.

In his previous position as a Director of Business Develop for a military defense company Pete understands the importance of being responsive and delivering the results that clients expect. As the leader of the Sea to It staff he will insure competent, dependable, and responsive service.
